Brooks Jordan
Brooks is a life-long resident of Columbus, Georgia. He grew up in a Christian home and attended Edgewood Baptist Church. Upon graduating from Hardaway High School in 1981, through the death of a friend, Brooks invited Christ into his life as Savior and Lord. He graduated from Columbus Technical College in 1982. Brooks spent a great deal of his time working with the youth minister and helping with the youth.
Brooks married Kim Hines in 1984. They began working with the youth of Glenn Anthony Baptist Church. While there, Brooks was ordained as a deacon. In the summer of 1999, while at a summer camp (Impact), God called Brooks into youth ministry. They served at Crystal Valley Baptist Church for two years before coming to Britt David.
Brooks and Kim have two children, Whittney and Emmali. His favorite thing to do is anything that involves his family. He is a Falcons fan and a Georgia Bulldogs fan.
One of Brooks’ favorite Bible verses is Isaiah 6:8, “Who shall we send and who will go for us? Then I said, ‘Here am I. Send me!’”
